Me and My Monkey

Mommy says that I am progressing so fast. This week I started to grab at my toys in front of me especially the ones that are in my Rainforest. I grabbed at my monkey and pulled it down. I'm also using both hands to grab something. It won't be long before mommy and daddy will have to keep an eye on me!

I have such a great daddy. He has the touch to put me to sleep when I'm tired.

He thought it would be funny to put me in the laundry that just came out of the dryer. I kinda liked it!

Mommy had to go back to work this week so I got to see Grandma Becker on Wednesday and Grandma Rupple on Friday. They're watching me for mommy which is so fun. I did miss mommy though and was really happy when she came home. I guess you could say I'm a mommy's boy! :)

I love raising my hand, especially this one. Whenever I raise it though, mommy and daddy ask me if I have a question. Since I'm starting to babble, I'm working on asking them my questions.

2 Months Old!

I'm 2 Months old and I've had a very eventful week. I met my second cousin Lucas on 1/1 and we had a fun day eating and sleeping together. I've started to find my hands but my left one keeps hitting me in my head so I'm working on it. I started talking on Monday 1/5 and Mommy thinks it the cutest thing ever. On Wednesday 1/7, my hands found my mouth which made talking a little difficult. My left hand is my favorite which is good cause if its in my mouth, it hits me less. Sadly I got my shots on 1/9, they hurt but Mommy and Grandma Rupple were there to rescue me from the doctor. I slept for most of the day and just wanted to be held so I guess it wasn't that bad. And on Sunday 1/11, I started giggling and Mommy and Daddy love trying to get me to chuckle.

My first Christmas was fun! I got lots of great presents from Mom, Dad, Santa, and my Grandparents. Though the presents were nice, I really enjoyed the Christmas trees with all their lights the best!

I went to see Santa at Victoria Gardens with my friends Joey, Easton, and Anthony to meet Santa. It was really cold so we weren't able to get a group photo of all of us. I was a good boy Santa said so I can't wait to see what I get for Christmas!

Well I am getting accustomed to life and mommy & daddy are soooo happy about that. I'm pretty much sleeping through the night which makes everyone more happy. The doctors say I'm doing well and I'm gaining weight. I have great head control and am working on smiling.
